Looking after ourselves can give us a due sense of validation

I wonder if you would take some time to think about this today … 20 minutes would go a long way!

Write down the answer to the following questions: –

What do you like doing just for you? 

When did you last do it?   

Could you do it more often?

What else could you do for yourself?
